The Palla is a later variation of the Himation or Toga. This version is a long rectangle, usually worn by women as a long, wrapped veil. In the mid 5th century Imperial Rome the Palla became more of a fashion accessory among noble ladies. It was folded lengthwise and wrapped around the body, as pictured above.

* Trim is included along the short ends.

This garment can be machine washed and dried on low. Like all Garb the World garments, we stitch them here in the USA to be worn and washed like 'regular' clothing.
